Enter into the bespoke kitchen, that is flooded with light and well-equipped for you to cook up a storm. Enjoy a tasty home cooked dinner together in the dining room which boasts incredible estuary views. Take a seat in the lounge, which has a warming wood burner, Smart TV and games for you to play together.

A shower room and utility room complete the downstairs. There are two staircases which lead up to the first floor, one takes you up to a double and a twin bedroom while the other leads to the master suite, an impressive double bedroom with outstanding views, bespoke furnishings, a freestanding bath and a private balcony. Outside of the property is just as impressive.

Enjoy the enclosed terrace with seating, a BBQ and far-reaching views. Outside of the lounge is a charming sunset passage with beautiful views of the water. Lympstone is a pretty village with a shop and a couple of pubs.

Head out on foot and enjoy the wide range of walks available from the doorstep including the fabulous Exe Estuary Cycle Trail and the South West Coast Path. Head into the historic city of Exeter (9 miles) with its eclectic and vibrant mix of restaurants, pubs and bars. For fabulous family days out, visit Powderham Castle (13 miles) or Crealy Theme Park (7 miles).
