A short distance from the coast and the market town of Axminster it makes for an ideal base to explore the region. The property comprises of a large open plan living room with oak floors and open tread timber staircase.

On the first floor there is a twin/zip link to king and double room, both with en-suite shower rooms. To the front a large decked patio with seating. Parking for 2 cars.

Dog welcome but must be kept under control at all times due to livestock. Note: There are steps to the decking and access to the property is via a sloped gravel path. Note: This property can be booked with refs.
