The Old Manor House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher, a dining room with woodburning stove, a sitting room with TV, open fire and woodburning stove, a utility, and a games room with pool table, books, games, Nintendo Wii, Xbox and DVDs. There are three king-size beds and three double beds. One of the King-size beds can be split into 2 singles .

There are 3 bathrooms upstairs and a cloak room downstairs. Bedroom 1: king-size bed with large en-suite shower, toilet and basin (jack and Jill access to the hallway). Bedroom 2: king-size bed with access to large shower room via hallway.

Bedroom 3 double bed with en-suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom4 ( within bedroom 3 at level mezzanine level via spiral staircase) floor based double bed with access to bedroom 3 bathroom. Bedroom 5 double bed with large en-suite bathroom, toilet and basin.
