Surrounded by luscious countryside, this property is ideally situated to explore everything that North Devon has to offer.

Traditional features such as exposed beams, stone walls and low windows make this property feel cosy and comfortable, whilst the vaulted ceilings and light walls make it feel bright and airy. The open-plan lounge/kitchen is spacious and a small step from here takes you into the dining area which is situated in front of a window. The master bedroom (king-size) can also be found on the ground floor and has fitted wardrobes.

Instow is 3 miles away and from here you can cycle or walk the Tarka Trail, a disused railway line, to either the historic, market town of Bideford (3.5 miles) or the larger town of Barnstaple (7 miles).
