Set within an historic Victorian Terrace, this ground floor split-level property has been designed to maximise its stunning location and panoramic sea views. Entering on the ground floor you have a large and comfortable lounge that's filled with light due to a floor-to-ceiling window with uninterrupted sea views. Hele Bay (1.5 miles) is a part sand, part shingle beach lying on the outskirts of Ilfracombe and has a welcoming and friendly pub where you can enjoy a refreshment or two in the summer sunshine. Or if you are a keen walker, take the South West Coast Path to the pretty Lee Bay which is around a 3-mile walk, offering fantastic scenery and wildlife.
