This reverse-level barn conversion features a fantastic, light and inviting open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which occupies the first floor and is well-equipped with a Smart TV, cosy wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating.

There are two king-size bedrooms, both on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms can be made up as a twin room on prior request. There’s also an en-suite bathroom and an en-suite wet room.

Outside, you can relax and enjoy a meal or glass of wine in the lovely garden, which has a patio with furniture, BBQ and fire pit. The nearby village of High Bickington is a pleasant walk away and offers a choice of pubs and a community shop. Walkers and cyclists can make the most of the Tarka Trail, while everyone can enjoy visiting the local market towns including Barnstaple (10.5 miles), South Molton (11 miles) home of Quince Honey Farm and Great Torrington (8.5 miles) home to RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal.

Heading toward the coast, you can enjoy the fantastic beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Westward Ho! (all within 20 miles).
