Located in the tranquil North Devon countryside, this charming two-bedroom cottage enjoys a rural location with excellent on-site facilities including a shared swimming pool and games room. Wander the cobbled streets of Clovelly (4 miles) to the scenic harbour where you can feast on locally caught seafood or browse the galleries and craft shops of Hartland (1.5 miles). Head to the Milky Way Adventure Park (3 miles) for a family day out riding the rollercoasters or to North Devon Wake Park (3.5 miles) to slip and slide across the floating inflatable obstacle course.

Approached via the garden path, your rural retreat has reverse-level accommodation with the two bedrooms, a double and a twin, accessed from the entrance hallway. There is also a shower room on this level. Heading up the stairs, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner enjoys views over the lovely garden and countryside.

Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen to share around the centrally positioned dining table. After supper, curl up on the plump sofas to watch a family film or simply enjoy the views. Outside, relax in your private garden with an al fresco drink at the table or light the BBQ for a sociable meal.

There are large grounds within the site to explore and you can enjoy the shared indoor swimming pool and games room too. Lace up your walking boots and step onto the South West Coast Path (1 mile) to explore the rugged coastline and find the perfect spot for a picnic.
