Oak Tree is an attached cottage on a traditional Devon working farm in countryside near the Devon village of Halwell. The cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, a four poster double with an en suite bathroom and a twin, plus a shower room. On the ground floor is a sitting room with wood burning stove, a conservatory and a kitchen with dining area.

Outside is a patio with furniture and a barbecue and shared use of a splendid indoor swimming pool, games room, trampoline and play area and conservation walks across the farm. A mile from the village and its good food pub, Oak Tree is a smashing cottage for a relaxing Devon break.
