You will never grow tired of the breathtaking views and tranquillity. The exterior stone walls of this property show its heritage and the delightful character continues inside with low ceilings, exposed beams and painted stone walls. The light walls and warm wood tones throughout create a wonderfully inviting and comfortable feel.

From the front door, you step directly into the spacious lounge. Continue through an archway and you’ll enter the amply-equipped kitchen/diner with its sloping ceilings. This charming cottage provides perfect accommodation for a family, with a double bedroom and bunk bedroom, both accessed from a staircase in the lounge.

Outside, is a garden and patio with BBQ, perfect for those long summer evenings. Exmoor National Park is on your doorstep (4 miles) and offers lots of footpaths, bridleways and cycle routes. North Molton is 4 miles away with a shop and pub, but the market town of South Molton (7.5 miles) with its independent boutiques is your closest town.
