Springwell Lodge has one king-size bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. There's an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, a dining area and sitting area with a TV.

Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside there's a garden area with lawn, furniture and hot tub, and gated off-road parking for 2 cars.

One well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop and pub in 1.3 miles. Springwell Lodge makes a wonderful retreat in Exeter.
