Mabel's View has an open-plan living space consisting of electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and Smart TV. There are two double bedrooms, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with picnic bench.

Within 2.6 miles there is a shop and within 1.9 miles there is a pub and please note, there is no smoking. WiFi (Superfast Broadband), fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Mabel's View is a wonderful base in the heart of the South Dams.

Note: There is one step up to the entrance. Note: The garden is not enclosed: pets are to be kept on a lead outside due to sheep in neighbouring field. However there is a sheep-proof field available (possibly not terrier proof!) for exercising dogs off-lead by arrangement with the owner.
