Westacombe Farmhouse consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, a dining room, a sitting room with a Smart TV, and a snug. The bedrooms comprise a family room with a twin zip/link, a single with trundle and WC, a twin zip/link with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and an additional twin zip/link, serviced by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom containing a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. An external cloakroom with a WC completes the interior.

Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a patio and furniture, alongside off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

Westacombe Farm offers a peaceful and flexible base for a Devon getaway. Note: The staircases are steep, so it is not suitable for young children or those with limited mobility. Note: The washing machine is in the laundry cupboard.
