Green Retreat, a cottage over three floors, consists of an open-plan living area with dining seating for four, Smart TV with Sky Sports, and a kitchen with Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. The bedrooms include three doubles with Smart TVs spread across the first and second floor, one with en-suite cloakroom, and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and barbecue.

Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and within 0.5 miles there is a harbour, and please note, one well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed, linen and towels are included in rent. There is also a highchair, stair gate and travel cot.

Green Retreat is a wonderful base in Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
