The bedrooms consist of one super-king-size (zip/link), one with a TV and a regular super-king, a third-floor double with TV, and a third-floor twin, serviced by a bathroom and a second-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, and a garage for one car.

This is a smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and stairgates are installed. Escape to Devon at 39 Victoria Road.
