Close to the northern coast of Devon, this cosy property is an ideal base for exploring spectacular countryside, quaint villages and beautiful beaches. Complete with a private hot tub for you to unwind in, this lovely cottage is just 3 miles from the picturesque village of Combe Martin.

Entering this stylish property, you will find the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which features exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, a Smart TV and traditional wood burner. The bespoke kitchen area is fully-equipped and there's also a charming mezzanine level – accessed by a ladder – where you can curl up with a good book. Exploring further, this delightful single-level property also features a spacious king-size bedroom and an attractive shower room.

Stepping outside via the French doors you can admire the spectacular views across the fields, valley and out to sea. The garden features a patio with a BBQ and private hot tub, perfect for stargazing in this breath taking area noted for its low light pollution. The lawn runs down to a picnic area where you can sit and enjoy an al fresco meal.

Please be aware that there is a fairly high drop into the neighbours garden, we ask that toddlers are supervised at all times The cottage is ideal for discovering some of Devon's loveliest beaches including Croyde (14.5 miles), Woolacombe (11 miles) and Ilfracombe (9 miles). Perfect for exploring the South West Coast Path, nearby attractions include the National Trust's Heddon's Mouth (4 miles), Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (1.5 miles) and Arlington Court (4 miles). You can also explore the moorland of Exmoor or take a boat trip from Ilfracombe to Lundy.
