The Annexe consists of a double, two twins, and a single, serviced by a shower room and bathroom. There is a kitchen.

Amenities include an electric range oven and gas hob, electric two-ring hob, two microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two kettles and two toasters, plus a TV and selection of books. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking. Two well-behaved pets welcome but sorry, no smoking.
