3 Pebble Cottage consists of a kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a living/dining room with smart TV, woodburning stove, and dining table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite walk-in shower and Smart TV, second-floor king-size with Smart TV, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed courtyard with patio and furniture, a shared raised patio area, plus private, off-road parking for one car.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc.

Note: When parking outside of cottage, please reverse into space to ensure our neighbour can access their drive. Note: The stairs are very steep nd narrow, so the property isn't suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note: Rubbish Removal should be reasonable or excess will be charged.
