Local attractions include Paignton Zoo (6 miles), the National Trust's Greenway (5 miles) and Coleton Fishacre House (5.5 miles). There are numerous sandy beaches to discover and this is a great base for exploring the Dart Valley, Torquay (9 miles) and Dartmoor (18 miles).
