Pottery Barn is a modern cottage located in the village of Branscombe in Devon. Hosting two bedrooms; a super king-size (zip/link), and a king-size with a single bed, joined by an en-suite, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a bathroom, an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner, a sun room, and an external utility.

To the outside is off road parking for two cars, a gravelled area, and a shared lawn with furniture and barbecue. Located in a lovely area with much to admire, Pottery Barn is a wonderful retreat in a relaxing part of England.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x king size double with a single bed benefiting from a lovely en-suite bathroom. Family bathroom with bath, handheld shower only, basin and WC. No upright shower in property.

Electric heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. No telephone.

No freezer. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Gravelled area and private patio with furniture. Shared grounds of approximately 2 acres with woods.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 mins drive.

Pub 8 mins walk. Note: The washing machine is situated in a separate building and is shared with the owners. Note: Upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings.

Note: The owner does have 2 dogs of their own. Please note that during February some external painting will be carried our maintenance lady.
