Within the same building are shared leisure facilities, an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, all free of charge, and a smart bar/restaurant. Outside is a Off road parking in a reserved parking space for one car. Positioned beside an excellent beach and with amazing views of the sea, beach and Burgh Island, Apartment 6 is a very special place for a Devon break on the coast.

Note: The Club Restaurant, newly renamed The Deck at the Causeway is open from 10 am daily and offers a selection of hot and cold food and a wide selection of beverages. Booking is advisable for the restaurant during high season and weekends. The Leisure Club includes the indoor swimming pool and gym and is also open daily from 10 am, booking is not required.
