Outside there is an enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted.

Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200. The property is on a working farm.

There is a £20 fee for each dog. Long Linney is a charming holiday home, ideal for a rural escape to Devon.
