A charming property nestled on the banks of the River Torridge, sleeping four guests and within easy reach of Westward Ho!. Whether you’re visiting North Devon for a family seaside break or exploring the area with a group of friends, this home is a fantastic base. The property is deceptively spacious and provides plenty of opportunity for you to socialise as a group; cooking, celebrating, or simply watching a movie together.

The kitchen has all the amenities you need for a self-catering break and boasts a coffee machine for guests to use. A comfortable living room has a Smart TV with Netflix, while a separate conservatory houses a dining area with additional seating overlooking the river. Downstairs you'll also find a WC.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. Outside is a fenced, patio courtyard, and through the gate, direct access to the riverside path. The popular Tarka Trail and North Devon Coast Path run right by the property, making this an ideal location for keen walkers and cyclists.

Two miles away is the sandy beach at Westward Ho!, where you’ll find plenty to do, including paddleboarding, surfing and boat trips. The picturesque village has a few restaurants and shops to enjoy too. Market town Bideford is 1.5 miles from here, with access via boat to Lundy and more choices for eating and drinking.

Take a walk down the quayside to reach the town and park, which includes a small paddling pool and playground equipment. For fabulous family days out, visit The Milky Way Adventure Park (10 miles) or The BIG Sheep (3 miles).
