Situated in a tranquil North Devon hamlet, this barn conversion is perfect for guests who want to escape their busy daily lives. Soak in the private hot tub, housed on an enclosed patio, before heading inside to the open-plan living space.

Here, a relaxing, spacious lounge complete with recliner sofas and a wood burner is separated from the kitchen/diner by a stylish open-tread spiral staircase. Upstairs, a cutesy galleried bedroom with king-size bed and dressing table await, along with a cosy snug area for nights in. It’s one of two barn conversions which sit across from each other on a courtyard, which can be booked with its sister property to accommodate six guests.

Regretfully the property doesn't accept children under 12. Although you’ll be ‘out in the sticks’, as they say in Devon, you’ll still be within close proximity to some of the region’s top days out. The lively town of Barnstaple is home to an array of fantastic restaurants and shops and only 7 miles away, while there’s an excellent range of sandy beaches along the nearby coast.

The pretty village beach of Instow is 7 miles away, while the quintessential British seaside resort of Westward Ho! and its Blue Flag award-winning beach is 11 miles from the property.
