The Bus on the Hill consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, including an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and kettle. There is a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV and WiFi. The property has two double bedrooms and an external shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside, there is an enclosed gravelled area with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking. Power is provided by solar with a back-up generator. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the price.

One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The Bus on the Hill is a lovely base for exploring Devon.
