Upper School House consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, and Smart TV. The bedrooms include two super-king-sizes (one with en-suite bath and shower over), serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, river 0.3 miles, beach 1.2 miles.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a courtyard with furniture and barbecue, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
