Catch the ferry to Instow for a walk on the sand dunes or head to nearby Westward Ho! (3 miles) to enjoy the 2 miles of sandy beach. Enter this stunning property into the spacious hallway with its spectacular oak and glass staircase.

Ascending the stairs to the first floor, there is an impressive lounge/kitchen/diner; the lounge area has a wood burner, and the kitchen is well-appointed with an informal seating area. Heading back down the stairs, you will find four of the property's bedrooms with the fifth bedroom on the lower ground floor. Also on the lower ground floor is a well-equipped games room.
