Orchard View offers three bedrooms comprising a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a further king-size and a double. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner provides a sociable space for mealtimes, while the property benefits from two sitting rooms, one with a woodburning stove and the other with a gas fire, offering flexible areas to relax.

Gas central heating is provided, alongside an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, with an external utility also available. Entertainment includes two Smart TVs, a DVD player and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is off-road parking in a private driveway for 1 car, with additional communal parking for 2 cars, as well as bike storage. Guests can enjoy a shared garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture, along with a private enclosed side garden featuring a patio, hot tub and outdoor furniture.
