The open-plan living space includes an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, woodburning stove, dining seating and a TV. There is a double mezzanine bedroom serviced by a shower room. There is also a pull-out bed.

To the outside is a patio with table and chairs and designated parking for one car. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Smoking is not allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub.

The Hay Barn is a superb retreat for two.
