2 well-behaved dogs welcome but due to the cottage being in a terrace where residents have access, they are required to be on leads in both the front and back garden at all times. Sorry, no smoking. Pub & butcher 2 minute walk.

Shop 10 minute walk. The Cottage is situated high on Matlock bank which is away from any risk of flooding with lovely views across the valley. Note: The stairs up to the bedrooms may not be suitable for guests with llimited mobility.
