There's also a bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower, an open-plan living space with a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area (table can be converted into a full-size pool table) and a sitting area with an electric fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

For entertainment, there are two TVs with Sky, WiFi, and a selection of books, games. Outside, there is private, off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed garden with a gravelled patio area to the front with furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, this is a smoke-free property.
