All-ground-floor. Two bedrooms 1 x king with en-suite shower room, 1 x twin. Family shower room with double width walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Open-plan living area with feature fire place, 1 x sofa and 2 x arm chairs, kitchen with gas oven and hob. Decking with outdoor furniture.

Facilities

Full gas central heating. Gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, TV, electric fire. Fuel and power included in rent.

Bed linen and towels included in rent (please bring your own leisure towels). Parking for two cars. Two pets welcome.

Please note that the charging of electric vehicles is not permitted at this lodge, the nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere. Sorry no smoking. Shop & Pub on site: 500 yards, Shop in village: 4 mile, Pub in village: 1 mile.

Owner provides Wifi Dongle in property (Please note this may be unreliable at times due to location).
