Laurel Cottage is a beautiful topsy-turvy character cottage with bags of charm and contemporary style. Downstairs bedrooms include a master double with en-suite shower room and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. There's also a separate family bathroom and utility cupboard in the hall with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs there's a gorgeous light and airy open plan living/dining/kitchen that's fully equipped and has some lovely views to open countryside. Within 0.1 mile you will find a pub. Laurel Cottage is set in Spark Bridge, just 2 miles from Coniston Water and a 5-minute drive from the southern tip of Lake Windermere.
