Set on the owner's grounds yet enjoying its own privacy, this traditional Lakeland barn has been renovated in sustainable style and is powered by an air source heat pump and solar panels.

Inside, lofty ceilings, large windows and traditional materials form a light and bright space adorned in neutral hues with pops of colour and lots of cosy touches. The open-plan living space is ideal for socialising and entertaining with three sofas dotted throughout the lounge and dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen that feels fresh and modern. Skylights and large windows add to the sense of light and space while the vibrant greens of nature outside blend beautifully with the decor.

Art and ceramics made by the owner-artists decorate the space and underfloor heating keeps toes and paws toasty whatever the weather.
