The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite, a double and a twin (zip/link can be set up as super-king-size on request) along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, WC and a cloakroom. Outside is an enclosed side garden with lawn and furniture and off-road parking.

Within 6.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 6.3 miles, a pub, and within 0.1 miles, a river, and please note this is a smoke-free property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included.

Note: Guests have on-site river access for fishing, within the owner's 4-acres; please supervise children at all times. Note: This property has a good house keeping bond of £350. Note: Whist the water supply at Roger Pot is tested annually, it is sourced from a nearby well and, whilst fully treated, cannot realistically be guaranteed, we therefore supply bottled water for you to use for drinking and cooking if you prefer.
