The Courtyard, a single-storey abode, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a king-size bedroom, a twin (zip/link), and a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and Smart TV. Outside there is off-road parking and access to the grounds surrounding Kirklinton Hall.

Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking or vaping. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 4.6 miles, and a pub in 3.7 miles.
