Quality Assessment completed January 2025 - Grading Retained. Master bedroom with king size bed & stunning views across the valley to Lingmoor. Twin bedroom with large en-suite bathroom comprising bath, separate shower, basin and W.C.

Downstairs bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area, sitting room.

Facilities


Electric heating with multifuel stove in sitting room and underfloor heating and heated towel rails in both bathrooms. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Smart TV, DVD, WiFi.

Coal, power bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Reminder- Guests are asked to bring their own firelighters, kindling and matches.

Off road parking for 1 car. Communal garden area. This property does not accept children under 3 including infants.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 11 mins walk, Shop 10 mins walk.
