The town's prime location provides easy access to both the Lakes (10 miles) and the Yorkshire Dales (1 mile), making it a perfect destination for any outdoor enthusiasts.

From your doorstep, you can embark on scenic walks or cycle along numerous trails. On sunny days, why not enjoy a leisurely picnic at Devil’s Bridge (0.5 miles), where you can take in the stunning views? In the first week of September, Kirkby Lonsdale transforms with its lively Victorian Fair, creating a festive street market vibe, with lots to see and do.

Every Thursday, the town square also hosts a bustling market featuring a range of delightful local produce. Stepping into the property, you are welcomed instantly into an inviting, open-plan living space that combines the lounge, kitchen and diner.
