Relax and enjoy a sumptuous stay at this impressive, three-storey holiday home in Keswick. Welcoming eight guests and two dogs, the four-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated and ideally positioned for a fun-filled break in the Lake District. Spend your afternoons pottering about the charming town: shopping in its independent stores and choosing where to eat out.

Plan days out on the water, either on an organised trip or in your own boat, or even have a go at some water sports. On rainy days, head to the town’s cinema to watch a film or wander around its art galleries and museums. Choose between any number of fell and waterside walks in the area, including a 10-mile circuit of Derwentwater.

Enter this splendid apartment through the shared entrance hall to enjoy its boutique hotel-style accommodation. Step in through the front door then follow the stairs up to the first floor, where you will find a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a family shower room with WC. There is also a utility and boot room complete with a washer/dryer and space for outdoor wear.

The kitchen is also at this level with a fitted double oven, five gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, two fridges and a freezer. Prepare meals in here together and pause at the table with a glass of wine to chat while dinner is roasting. The lounge/diner is also on the first floor and features beautiful sash windows and an electric fire.

Enjoy hearty holiday feasts together around the table then relax on the comfortable seating in front of the TV with Freesat. There is also a Roku for streaming your favourite shows and a DVD player. Make your way up to the second floor to find a king-size room, a double room and a twin room.

Venture up to the third floor to find another very generous, king-size bedroom with a low sloping ceiling, capturing far-reaching views out across the Lake District from both sides. Parking at this holiday property is on the surrounding streets.
