Two bedrooms on the first floor: 1x double bedroom, en-suite bathroom which also has shower over bath plus basin, WC and a heated towel rail; 1x double bedroom, king-size bed (can be set to twins on request please advise when booking) with en-suite bathroom, shower over bath, basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Two bedrooms on the second floor: 1x double bedroom, en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC plus heated towel rail; 1x family bedroom, twin beds, full-size bunks plus en-suite shower over bath, basin and WC with heated towel rail. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and basin. First floor landing and seating area.
