There's an open-plan kitchen/diner, equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, and fridge with ice box, dishwasher and washing machine, alongside a sitting room.

Air source central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there's a non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking for 2 cars. One well-behaved dog allowed but sorry, no smoking.
