The family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The ground floor hosts a cloakroom with basin, heated towel rail and WC, a kitchen/diner, utility and two sitting room.

Heating is power by gas with partial underfloor heating in all bathrooms and kitchen amenities include an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst the utility has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests have access to two Smart TVs, Playstation, WiFi and pool table for entertainment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent.

Outside there is off-road parking for five cars and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub. Sorry, smoking is not permitted. There is a garage with a shop 0.6 miles away, whilst the nearest pub is 0.8 miles away.
