Just 15 miles from the historic Cathedral City of Durham and under 25 miles from Newcastle and the Metro Centre, you'll enjoy both countryside tranquility and city conveniences. Love the outdoors? The surrounding area boasts numerous cycling and walking routes.

The Coast two Coast, Pennine Way, and Waskerly Way all pass nearby, making this an ideal base for adventure enthusiasts. The home welcomes up to seven people and allows two dogs. Inside, you'll find spacious rooms that blend period charm with modern comfort.
