Travel cot and highchair available upon request. The bedrooms consist of one super-king-size, one double, and one zip/link which can be king-size on request.

There is a bathroom with a light-up bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, towels are provided. You'll find a shop in 1.8 miles, pub in 1.2 miles, and river in 0.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.

Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, and furniture, as well as off-road parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
