The property is ideally located for enjoying one of the finest, sandy, surfing beaches in North Cornwall. There are beach shops, water sport activities and restaurants all within easy reach, and the ever popular seaside town of Bude is just a short drive away. Given the proximity to the A30, this is also a great base from which to explore the whole of North Devon and Cornwall and nearby you can visit Tintagel, with its legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table, Hartland and Clovelly.

Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include The Milky Way and The Big Sheep theme parks, Tamar Otter Park and The Eden Project. Stepping into the beautifully presented property you will immediately find yourself in a light and bright kitchen/diner. This spacious room provides a perfect place to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal, including an electric range oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and even a separate pantry with fridge/freezer.

Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor you will then discover the pretty bedrooms, these consist of a double bedroom complete with walk-in wardrobe space and a cosy bunk bedroom.

Outside of the property and to the rear there is an enclosed tiered suntrap patio area with garden furniture and a further enclosed gravelled garden area to the front. Off-road parking for one car is available to the front of the property and further roadside parking can be found nearby.
