Nanvivian is a traditional cottage with lovely sea views situated on a working farm, just a short stroll from Feock village and almost on Loe Beach. Sleeping six in three bedrooms a double and two twin, together with a bathroom and a shower room. There is a sitting room with an open fire, a dining room, and a large conservatory/dining room and a kitchen with a Rayburn.

Outside there is a private garden and patio with garden furniture. An inviting, get-away-from-it-all cottage in an idyllic spot overlooking the Fal Estuary and out to sea. Good beach café, boat hire and excellent sailing and windsurfing school on the beach, with launching facilities and sheltered sailing waters (parking for boats behind beach).
