Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, an enclosed rear multi-level garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars.

Pets are welcomed, yet this is a non-smoking property. A travel cot and highchair will be available on booking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.

You'll find a pub and shop in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 1.6 miles. Please note: The property has a shared access driveway, so please can all guests be mindful of the neighbours space, and park as far forward as possible to the white wall on the drive. Rose Bank Cottage is a wonderful Cornish base for a family break.
