Ayr Farmhouse consists of a kitchen equipped with an electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, a dining room with seating for seven guests and a gas stove-effect fire, and a sitting room with TV and gas stove-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a king-size with basin, a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), and a single, serviced by a bathroom and external shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear lawned garden, patio, gravelled and decking areas with furniture, and ample off-road parking is available.

Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot, highchair and stairgate are also available.
