Boasting glimpses of the sparkling sea in the distance, this holiday home has been thoughtfully laid out with communal living areas on the top floor ensuring that you always get the best view of the surrounding coast and countryside. The property is perfectly appointed to host up to eight guests, ideal for any large group of friends to families holidaying together, and even welcomes two dogs for those groups who wouldn’t dream of planning a getaway without man’s best friend at their side.

This clean and contemporary space has been clearly updated with a stylish eye, complete with soft accents and plenty of homely decorative features. As you make your way upstairs you’ll pass by a versatile utility room on the ground floor and four generously proportioned bedrooms on the first floor. Along with two king-size bedrooms, the property benefits from a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds and an additional bunk bedroom.

At the top of the house, you’re met with a spacious lounge and separate snug, each boasting a Smart TV and comfortable seating, as well as a kitchen/diner. From here you can also access the marvellous terrace, made up of multiple levels of decking with ample furniture and a quality charcoal BBQ. Set off each day and wander down to Seaton Beach, a popular little spot that’s dog-friendly all year round.

There’s even a café, shop and playground here for all of your family’s needs. You’ll only need to jump in the car to find further Cornish attractions, including the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary (1.5 miles), the pretty town of Looe (4 miles) and the exciting adventure spot of Adrenaline Quarry (6.5 miles).
