Central heating, wood burner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer with a new second fridge in the kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. Nespresso coffee machine in property (this takes the Nespresso pods).

TV, DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent.

Bed linen and towels not inc. in rent. Private parking.

Lawned garden, Patio and garden furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
