Pet friendly holiday cottage, sleeps 4 - Portreath, Cornwall

Pebble Cottage sits within minutes of golden Portreath Beach and the north Atlantic coastline. It hosts two bedrooms: one double (with en-suite shower room), one twin, sleeping four people, with a separate family shower room. Let's not forget the sun room/dining area, a fitted kitchen, utility and separate sitting room with a woodburning stove.

Outside has an enclosed patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for one car. Pebble Cottage is an excellent base for exploring all Cornwall has to offer.

Accommodation Summary

Two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Sun/Dining Room.

Kitchen. Utility Sitting room with woodburning stove.

Facilities

Storage radiators. Electric oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Smart TV, DVD player in bedrooms, WiFi. Fuel and power and included in rent.

Bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot available. Stair gate at the bottom of the stairs and also from the twin room upstairs.

Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed patio with garden furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome, supplement charges apply for second pet.

Starter pack of logs and kindling will be provided. Sorry no smoking. Pub 100 meters away; shop 200 meters; beach 200 meters.

Note: Traditional Cornish Cottage and so the stairs is steep and narrow. Note: Bedrooms have two steps down from the door to the top of the stairs. Note: Sitting room has beams with head room of 183cm and the door to kitchen approx 175cm.
